Neuralink Expands Geography

Neuralink continues to develop its neural interfaces. After successful operations in the USA, the company received permission to conduct clinical trials in Canada. The first operations will be carried out at the University Health Network medical complex in Toronto.

The company is very selective in choosing patients. In Canada, implants will be installed in people with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and patients with spinal cord injuries who have lost mobility of all limbs.

At the same time, the company is preparing for clinical trials in the UK. However, the process there is still at the stage of selecting volunteers.
